Project Engineer/ 3rd Line support – Leeds, West Yorkshire.
Our client based in Leeds, urgently requires a Project Engineer. The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working within a 3rd line support environment, supporting Microsoft Windows XP and Vista, a strong working knowledge of supporting desktop infrastructure. It is essential that you will have experience of management and optimisation of SQL server 2000/ 2005 Databases. Any experience of Group policy, Symantec Anti virus, SUS, SMS, and Symantec Ghost is highly desirable. The successful candidate will ideally have previous knowledge of ITIL, you will also be involved in attendance of the change advisory board as and when required to present planned changes. You will be working closely with the project delivery team in respect of the support of new projects.
